Orders
We will only process orders when full payment or authorisation of payment has been obtained. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any purchase.
Descriptions
All details and product descriptions are given in good faith. Montage-Plus reserve the right to alter or improve the specification without prior notice.
Photograph Quality
Montage-Plus cannot be held responsible for the quality of images supplied by the customer whether conventional film or digital photos. We will however endeavour to obtain the best possible result from them.
Prices
The prices shown on the website are in GBP (Great Britain Pounds) and include VAT and delivery charges. There are no hidden extras for UK customers. Overseas orders will be charged in the local currency, using the exchange rate at the time of ordering. Overseas customers are responsible for the payment of any import duties and local taxes.
Payment Options
Payment can be made through our website via Paypal. Paypal is one of the most common and safest ways of making electronic payments. This is a secure site where we never see your card details. By personal cheque payable to
Montage-Plus Ltd.
Cancellation
50% of the final order value will be refunded should you wish to cancel your order prior to the approval of the proof. No refund can be made should you cancel the order after approval of the proof. In the event that the images submitted for the montage are not suitable we will advise you immediately and the order cancelled without charge.
Refunds
Any refunds will be made within 30 days.
Proofing
Approval of the proof prior to printing is binding. Replacement of goods or a refund cannot be made for artwork or subjective reasons once your approval has been given.
Delivery Times
Submission of proofs is normally made within 5 working days of receipt of the order. Final delivery of the finished product is within a further 5 working days from receipt of the approved proof. Submission of proofs and final delivery may exceed these times during busy periods.
Damaged Goods
All products are carefully packaged prior to despatch. However in the event of damage during transit please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please keep all packaging for inspection at the delivery address.
Complaints
In the unlikely, event Montage-Plus will handle any complaint in a fair, confidential and effective manner within 5 working days. You will be kept informed of progress and timescale to resolve any dispute.
Data Protection
Your name, e-mail address or any other details whether personal or financial will not be given or shared with any third party.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions along with your order, payment, and delivery of ordered goods, form the basis of a contract under the law of England and Wales between the customer and Montage-Plus Ltd. Your statutory rights under the law of England and Wales are not effected by these terms and conditions.
